Freezer Goodies
Lemon Sherbet

2 c.Water
1 1/2 c. Sugar
6 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

Boil sugar and water together for 5 minutes.
Cool and add lemon juice.
Pack in Ice and salt,freeze to a mush,add stiffly beaten egg white and continue freezing.
Serves 6.

2 Ripe Bananas

4 popscicle sticks

Rice Crispies

Chocolate Frosting

Peel Fruit and cut in half

Insert sticks into ends of bananas

Frost the banana

Roll in Rice Crispies

Lay on wax paper on tray

Freeze 1 hour
