Chocolate Cream Fudge

3 c. White Sugar
1/4 c. Corn Syrup
3 Squares Chocolate
(3 tbsp.Cocoa,1 tbsp.Oil)
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 c. Evaporated Milk Or Thin Cream.
3/4 c. Nut Meats

Mix all the ingredients except nuts, and
boil til soft ball is formed when a little of syrup is tried in cold water (240f)
Cool until lukewarm,add nuts and beat until creamy.
Spread in a buttered pan and when cool cut into squares.

Soldiers Fudge

in pan add on low heat add

1 can sweetened Condensed Milk

1 bag desired chips

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Add in can of sweetened condensed milk

Next put entire bag of chips in milk
and compltely melt all the while stirring
then add vanilla and beat vigorously
til glossy,the vanilla acts as a hardener.

Pour immediatley into greased pan.

Let cool then refridgerate for a bit.
