Low Carb Dishes
Chicken Bacon In Cream Sauce
       
Olive oil and salt n pepper
1/2 carton bone broth
2 c. heavy cream
3/4 c.  chopped bacon
8 chicken thighs
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. grated cheese

Cook chicken in pan completely with olive oil in pan and seasoned with sat and pepper
remove chicken and pour out half of the broth.
Next add in 1/2 carton of bone broth and bring to a boil.
Add in 2 c. heavy cream
Add in 8 oz cream cheese in bits
add chopped bacon
add 1/2 the grated cheese,bring to boil making sure cream cheese melts.
Stirring occaisionally.
Place cooked chicken in pan and cover in sauce.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over thighs and cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serves 4

Keto Breadsticks

2 egs beaten
2 c. Mozzerella Grated
1 1/2 c. Parmesan Grated
1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Mix thoroughly in bowl with fork and place in a
preheated oven at 400 f.
Bake for 10 minutes then set to broil for another 5 minutes.
Cheese should be golden brown.
Serves 4 little ones or 2 Big Guys

Avocado Brownies

Wet Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
3 tbsp refined coconut oil
100g. Melted Dark Chocolate

Dry Ingredients
90g. Blached Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
4 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Stevia Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Erythritol
Flaky Sea Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350f. and line a
square pan with parchment paper.
Peel the avocados and use a blender or food proccessor until smooth.
Add each wet ingredient one at a time and blend til smooth.
In a bowl add all dry ingredients and whisk together except sea salt.
Add dry ingredients and process til all is mixed together.
Put batter into prepared pan,smooth over with spatula then top with flaky sea salt.
Bake for 30 minutes then let cool 30 minutes before slicing.

Low Carb Lemon Bars

Ingredients
1/2 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. Almond flour
1 c. powdered Erythritol
3 medium lemons
3 large eggs

Directions.....Crust
Mix the butter,1 c. Almond flour,1/4 c. Erythritol and a pinch of salt.
Press evenly into pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350f. for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Filling...........
Into Bowl,zest one of the lemons then juice all 3 lemons,add the eggs,3/4 c. Erythritol,3/4 c. almond flour and pinch of salt.
Pour the filling onto the crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with lemon slices and a sprinkle of Erythritol.

Low Carb Pizza 1

1 can drained Chicken Breast spread onto parchment paper and chop up on baking sheet.
Oven set to 350f, Put chicken into oven for 8 minutes to dry out, then set to 450f.
Dump chicken into bowl.
add 1 tsp Oregano,1/2 tsp onion powder and 1/2 tsp.garlic.
add 2 eggs and mix thoroughly.
set aside 1/4 c. Parmesan and 1/3 c. mozzerella.
Put on Parchment paper and spread out then place another parchment on top and roll out with pin.
Put on baking sheet and fill out completely.
Take off top parchment and place in oven.
8 minutes at 450f.
Flip pizza at 7 minutes then bake an additional minute.
Add marinara sauce,cheese and pepperoni,dot with broccoli and cauliflower.
Bake 5 minutes at 450f.
Low Carb Taco Pie

1/2 Large yellow onion
1 pound burger
Packet Taco seasoning
4 cups Monteray Jack
10 large eggs
1 c. Salsa
1 c. Half n half

In fry pan brown burger with chopped onion and cover til done.
Add taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Add. 2 c. cheese and mix together.
Grease 9x13 pan and
preheat oven to 400
Next put burger mixture in pan.
In bowl beat 10 eggs and
1 c. salsa and 1 c. half n half.
Pour over burger and
bake for 20 minutes.
Pull out pan and top with remaining 2 c. cheese.
Return to oven for 10 more minutes til cheese is golden.

Servings 4......Or 2 big guys
