Superb Mac n Cheese
1 c. Milk
1 c. Breadf crumbs
1 c. Grated Cheese
1/4 c. Melted Butter
2 tbsp.Grated onion
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni

Cook macaroni til tender
Soak crumbs in scalded milk
Seperate eggs and beat yolks and
mix all ingredients except egg whites.
Fold in beaten whites.
Bake 50 minutes @ 350 f.
Olive Cheese Custard
1 1/2 quarts toast cubes
1 lb. Old English shredded Cheese
1 1/2 c. Stuffed Olives sliced
9 eggs
1 1/2 quarts milk
1/2 tbsp. Salt
1/3 tsp pepper
3/4 tsp dry mustard

Place a layer of cheese,toast cubes
and olives then repeat.
beat the eggs with milk and seasonings.
Pour mixture in Casserole
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes
Egg Pasta
4c. Seminola Flour
(white gen purpose if desired)
10 egg yolks
Place flour in circle on a board
Add in egg yolks
Using fork whisk yolks then add
flour in gradually til all is thoroughly
blended and should form into ball.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes
Especially useful is a
Italian Pasta dohickey
Roasted Tomato Pasta
Set oven to 450f.
Place sliced tomatos on greased pan
Sprinkle with olive oil and thyme,
oregano & garlic
Roast for 10 minutes then salt the fruit
4c. Flour
6 egg yolks
12 ounces. roasted tomato
Basil,Thyme & oregano as desired
Whisk egg yolks with a fork then add
in gradually tomatoes and flour.
Mix thoroughly til ball is formed
Knead for 10 minutes
Pasta is cooked for 3 minutes
in already boiling water.
Al Dente=to the tooth
Spinach Pasta
10 ounces. Spinach cooked
4.c Flour
6 egg Yolks
2 tsp. Salt
In Mixer bowl using dough hook
Add in whisked egg yolks
then add spinach and salt.
Next add in flour til ball is formed
Knead for 10 minutes
Cook Al Dente
Italian Macaroni
1 lb. Ground beef Diced
1/2 lb. Bacon
6 large red onions
1 clove garlic
1 large can tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
2 c. Water
1 pound macaroni
1 pound grated cheese

Directions
Cook bacon first but not crisp.
Next brown burger in bacon fat then add
onions and garlic sliced and cook til brown.
Add tomatoes,mushrooms and water.
Simmer 6 hours adding a bit more water
if necessary.
The sauce should be thick when done.
Boil macaroni in salted water until tender.
Put layers of macaroni,sauce and cheese
in baking dish.
Bake 1 hour @ 350 f.
