BigT's Chicken Bacon Ranch

Dough:

2 c.Flour
3/4 c.water
1 tblsp.gluten (dough relaxer)
1 tblsp. brown sugar
1 tsp.yeast

Pizza Ingredients
1/2 lb. Bacon crumbles
1 large chicken breast cooked and diced
Ranch Dressing
Tomatoes Diced
Sliced Peppers of choice
2 lbs. Mozzerella Cheese

Instructions

In warm water add yeast and sugar and let rise.
Once yeast is activated mix together dry ingredients until dough forms,let it sit a few hours to rise,the dough relaxer will make it easy to work with for the housewife.

Cook bacon to the desired consistency,crumbled or diced.
Cook chicken breast until done then dice,set aside.
take dough and form mound then start working the dough,use a pizza pan as a gauge,make it bigger than the pan.
Brush olive oil on dough thoroughly.
Add Cheese to edge then roll edge of dough to fit the pan.
Use parchment paper if prefered.
Then apply Ranch dressing to the dough evenly.
Next put on diced chicken,bacon crumbles,diced tomato,top with cheese then add sliced peppers of choice,I like Pablano peppers.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
If using a Pizza Stone preheat the stone for 15 minutes at 400f.
Use parchment paper to transfer pizza to stone,bake for 12 minutes.

Cornmeal can be used on bottom of pizza if desired

Pizza Casserole

6 oz. broken fettucine
1 package sliced pepperoni
15 oz jar pizza sauce
1 1/2 c. shred mozzerella
4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced olives
1 tbsp. grated parmesan

Cook pasta 10 min in boiling water.
Place pasta in baking dish then layer on ingredients til desired.
layer cheese as desired.
Bake @ 400f. for 15 min

Serves Momma and 4 little ones or 2 big guys.
