Life After You Tube & The Future Of Things
Its been almost 2 1/2 months since giving up
my YT career and Ive spent this time unwinding
from it all to settle back in to a somewhat normal
life in my cabin with my 2 cats.
Life has gotten interesting and a bit more manic
with some real strange days,sleepless nights
which throws off my entire day and schedule.
I am supposed to get up at 6am but when you
finally fall asleep at 4 am the whole day is shot
all to hell.
In Early December I had a heating emergency
as my main heater died and so did my thermostat
which did get replaced but i had to get my old
ceramic 1500w heaters just 2 and ran them 24/7
for 23 days...woooo
My new power bill is $420.00 and rightfully so.
I did order a new heater from Amazon for 129.00
and a new thermostat for 40.00 plus a Vornado
high airflow fan for 46 bucks and got that from
the local hardware store...Thanks Debbie.
And i supplemented with propane all December.
This winter is getting expensive and now my
blower motor in my SUV is going bad so thats
another $155 and thats coming out of my $240
food budget...Im not getting off easy this year.
Kinda hard getting around without heat at -25.
This website needs some serious work which i
haven't done yet....I spent 1 year on YT being
a content creator while not doing my website
as professionally as I should have and now its
all piling up on me but I will get it done now
that i dont have the YT schedule.
I wrote about a mobile version but later
decided that is not going to happen.
So in 2026 Ive made my plans and a lot will
take place that needs to be done.
The cabin will get its final renovation and the
bushes and trees trimmed back.
I am planning to get a procedure on my low
back that will get me out of this damn chair
so i can get most of my projects done.
I need firewood for the next winter and it
requires a chainsaw....and I do have a small
woodstove thanks to Hatcher Pass Acres
on You Tube so that is much appreciated.
I have many important decisions to make
regarding the cabin renovation and heating.
Work Work Work...LOL
